RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Window - 

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • A return is accepted only if all conditions are met.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns - 

To qualify for a return:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  • The product must not have any stains, damage, or defects caused after delivery.

  • Embellishments must be intact.

Conditions Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted - 

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Request is made after 3 days

  • Packaging, tags, invoice, or freebies are missing

  • Product shows signs of misuse or damage

  • Product has been used or opened (unless received damaged)

  • Items from promotional combos are returned individually

  • Sale items or items purchased using gift cards are requested for return

  • Items are sent back without requesting a return first

Minutiae holds the right to deny any return if the above conditions are not met.

Exchanges - 

  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days post delivery.

  • Product must be unused and returned with full packaging and tags.

  • Exchange request can be made through WhatsApp (Avg reply time: 12 hours).

  • Exchange depends on product availability.

Damage / Defective Product Policy - 

  • If the product is received damaged or defective, report it within 24 hours with photos/video.

  • Only replacement will be processed for damaged products.

  • No refunds for damaged items.

Refunds - 

Minutiae does NOT provide refunds under any circumstance.
