General - 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, purchase of products, transactions, and interaction with all services offered by Minutiae.
By placing an order on the website, you acknowledge that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Products - 

  • We strive to display accurate product images, colors, and information. However, minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • All product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders -

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped, irrespective of the mode of payment.

  • In case of prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a Gift Card of the same value will be issued (We do not offer bank refunds for prepaid orders).

Pricing & Payments - 

  • All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Payments can be made via Razorpay using cards, UPI, net banking, or wallet options.

  • Minutiae reserves the right to revise prices at any time without notice.

Shipping & Delivery -

  • We have partnered with reliable logistics companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 4–12 working days, depending on the location.

    • Metro/Tier-1 cities: 4–7 working days

    • Tier-2/Tier-3/Rural: 10–12 working days

  • Delivery delays of 2–3 additional days may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking details will be shared over email once shipped.

Returns & Exchanges - 

  • We offer a 3-day return and exchange window.

  • Returns/Exchanges are not accepted after dispatch unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • A return request must meet all product condition requirements listed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Damage / Defective Product Policy - 

  • If the product is damaged during shipping or manufacturing, a replacement will be issued.

  • For replacement requests, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order (Refunds are not provided for damaged products; only replacements).

Cancellation -

  • No cancellation once the order is shipped (COD or Prepaid).

  • Prepaid cancellation before shipping: Gift Card of the paid amount will be issued.

Intellectual Property - 

All content on the website (images, text, logo, graphics) is the property of Minutiae and cannot be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability -

Minutiae is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Minor product variations,

  • Incorrect information provided by customers during ordering.

Governing Law - 

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
